I have been working with this client since October 2017, averaging 15 hours per month. I am doing a variety of tasks to support the many areas they are involved in. Examples of my work include:
- Keeping
a spreadsheet of income and outgoings up-to-date.
- Filing
personal paperwork into a home office filing system.
- Arranging
their 2018 diary to include three different employment areas and annual leave.
- Liaising
with five mentored students for monthly returns and arranging meetings.
- Creating
flyers and social media posts to advertise another self employment area.
- Booking
a venue for the course they run throughout the year.
- Producing
invoices.
- Research
of home office equipment including a sit/stand desk, screen, chair and keyboard
(specific type for photo editing).
- Typing
of minutes and agendas.
- Checking
emails and unsubscribing from unwanted mail outs.
- Ordering
the PC filing system to make finding documents quicker and easier.
- Submitting
online expense claims.
- Drafting
correspondence.
- Assisting
with the setting up of a new domain name and email access on mobile phone.
- Assisting
with the design and creation of a new website.
